iCargoNet is another value add service by dnata Singapore to the air cargo community at Singapore Changi Airport. The service is open to the general public for enquiry on flights and status of shipments handled by dnata Singapore. Subscribers to the service will enjoy access to more information on their shipments from the comfort of their office.

Cargo Agents / Consignees
Shipment Enquiry
To view comprehensive details of AWB shipments handled by dnata Singapore. Information displayed include Pieces, Weight, Origin, Destination, Cargo Description, Appointed Agent Name, Consignee Name, Charges Collect Fee, Fire Tender Escort Fee, Store Rent Charges, CMD Declaration details, RCF (Received From Flight) message details, DLV (Cargo Delivered) message details and AWD (Document Delivered) message details for a particular AWB.
Create/Amend/Delete/ Enquire FWB and FHL
To create FWB and FHL messages that will be sent to the relevant airlines via SITA network. Alternatively, user may send FWB/FHL messages via CCN network instead of using iCargoNet.
Enquire Import Lying List
To view a list of inbound shipments which are still stored in dnata Singapore Cargo Centre for a particular or all carriers.
Update Company Account
To create/amend/delete the login particulars of the Company Administrator / User accounts and the eCargo Notification e-mail address. eCargo Notification is a free e-mail notification service to inform cargo agents/consignees when their cargo is ready for collection at dnata Singapore Cargo Centre (Import Cargo Office).

Flight Enquiry
To view flight details of inbound and outbound flights handled by dnata Singapore
e.g. ADD/ATD (Actual Date Of Departure/Actual Time Of Departure).
Amend/Delete/Enquire FWB and FHL
To amend/delete/enquire FWB and FHL messages sent by cargo agent/consignee to the airline.
List/Print Export Cargo Manifest
To view/print shipment details which were manifested using dnata Singapore’s Cargo Management System for a particular flight.
List/Print Export Lying List
To view/print a list of outbound shipments which are still stored in dnata Singapore Cargo Centre for a particular carrier or cargo agent (only shipments for the airline are displayed).
Assign Warehouse Destination
To specify handling instructions and warehouse location for inbound shipments.
Enquire Import Consignment List
To view the shipment details of a particular flight. The shipment details include AWB pieces/weight, manifested pieces/weight, received pieces/weight and delivered pieces/weight.
Enquire Import Lying List
To view a list of inbound shipments which are still stored in dnata Singapore Cargo Centre for a particular flight or a flight date range.
Enquire Monthly Cargo Tonnage Statistics
To view monthly statistics on inbound/outbound cargo tonnage handled for the airline over a date range of 1 to 12 months. For inbound, the Local, Transfer, PO Mail, Shortland and Overland cargo tonnage details are displayed, while for outbound, the Local, Transfer, PO Mail and Return cargo tonnage details are displayed.
